I can count the number of support tickets I've had to open on one hand - and each of them was handled very quickly and very professionally. I've been amazed to watch iWeb grow and grow - and continue to be the most trouble-free service I've ever used. Thank you, iWeb, for being awesome!

I have used 3 services with iWeb: a shared server to host my personal blogs, a dedicated server for my professional websites and I tested a mobile application on the first Mac Mini Server that iWeb marketed. I appreciate the follow-ups done by customer support where I've noticed a big investment in recent months. I don't know any equivalent canadian company that offers a service of this quality.
