How it works
Step 1: Our system assigns a server
You choose and order a Smart Server on our website. Our Smart Servers are already pre-wired and pre-provisioned and waiting for you in our datacenter. Our system identifies the server that fits your request and assigns it to your account.
Step 2: Instant OS installation
While ordering you choose your preferred software configuration. The OS and control panel of your choice are instantly installed on your server. That's it. Your server is ready to go and online in less than 2 hours.
Step 3: Transparent migration
If you ever need to move to a new server or upgrade the server specifications, we will transparently migrate your data and OS to your new server eliminating long and painful migrations.
